This is a static informational website provided for general information about the Dead Drop Archives documentary series. It does not require an account and offers no interactive services to visitors. The Dead Drop Archives Publishing Application

The Dead Drop Archives publishing application is an internal software tool operated solely by the Dead Drop Archives production team to publish and manage our own content on our own accounts across the platforms we use — including YouTube, TikTok, X, and Instagram — through each platform's official API. It is not a product or service offered to, or made available for use by, the public or any third party, and it does not access data belonging to any other user. Use of the application is restricted to authorized members of the Dead Drop Archives team.

Third-Party Platforms

The publishing application interoperates with third-party platforms and their APIs. Our use of those APIs is subject to, and conducted in compliance with, each platform's developer terms and policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Those platforms are operated by their respective owners and are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

Intellectual Property

All original content published by Dead Drop Archives — including videos, scripts, artwork, and the Dead Drop Archives name and marks — is the property of Dead Drop Archives. Platform names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The website and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dead Drop Archives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or tools.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
